We provide last-mile delivery services using electric vehicles.
From delivery partners, when they register with us: name, photograph, date of birth, address, mobile number, driving licence and identity documents where the class of vehicle requires them, bank or UPI details for payment, and next-of-kin contact details.
From employees and applicants: the information needed to employ and pay a person and to meet our statutory obligations.
From visitors to this website: nothing beyond what the site needs to function.
Our customers, to the extent needed to perform a delivery. Our engineering partner, who maintains the systems the data sits in. Our identity verification provider. Government authorities where the law requires disclosure.
No one else.
Data is held in encrypted form on infrastructure we administer. Access is limited by role, granted only by designated administrators and reviewed every thirty days.
Access is removed when a person leaves. Administrative systems require multi-factor authentication.
For as long as the person works with us, and afterwards for as long as tax, labour and limitation law requires.
We are formalising a written retention schedule and will publish it here when it is adopted.
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent you have given.
Write to the Grievance Officer below. We will respond within thirty days.
Any person may raise a complaint about how we have handled personal data with the Grievance Officer.
Complaints are acknowledged within three working days and closed within thirty days.
We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
